Welcome to Ohio Valley Labradoodles ("OVL," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ohiovalleylabradoodles.com (the "Site"). By visiting or using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided to share information about our Australian Labradoodle breeding program, available litters, our waitlist process, and general puppy raising resources. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by anyone else.

Not a Substitute for Our Puppy Purchase Agreement

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell a puppy, and no puppy reservation or purchase is final until a separate, signed puppy purchase agreement has been completed between OVL and the buyer. Health warranties, guardian home arrangements, and all terms related to puppy sales are governed exclusively by that separate agreement, not by this Site or these Terms.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep information on this Site current, including litter availability, pricing, and color projections. However, breeding outcomes (including coat color and pattern) can vary, and we make no guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Color, size, and temperament projections shared on the Site or elsewhere are estimates based on genetics and experience, not guarantees.

Family Portal Access

Portions of this Site, including our family portal page, are password protected and intended only for current OVL puppy families and reserved buyers. Access credentials are provided by us directly and should not be shared with anyone outside your household without our permission.

Intellectual Property

All text, photos, videos, graphics, and logos on this Site are the property of Ohio Valley Labradoodles unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission. This includes photos of our dogs and puppies, even those shared publicly on social media.
