All photos, videos, written content, logos, and graphics on ohiovalleylabradoodles.com (the "Site") are the property of Ohio Valley Labradoodles unless otherwise credited, and are protected by copyright law. This includes photos and videos of our dogs and puppies, whether posted on the Site or on our social media accounts.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or use our photos, videos, or written content for commercial purposes, including in advertisements, other breeders' websites, or resale materials, without our prior written permission.

Families who receive a puppy from us are welcome to share and post their own photos and videos of their puppy for personal, non commercial use.

Reporting Infringement of Our Content

If you become aware of someone using our photos, videos, or written content without our permission, we'd appreciate you letting us know at kristina@ohiovalleylabradoodles.com

Reporting a Copyright Claim Against Our Site

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [Insert Contact Email] that includes:

Counter Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice to kristina@ohiovalleylabradoodles.com with a description of the material removed, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
